Young Gospel singer Tyrone Ford had high hopes for his future when he was recognized for a National Youth Hero Award in 1986 by president Ronal Regan. However, Ford grew into a life of crime and drug use as his age increased.
The gospel singer turned criminal estimated that he has been in jail about 20 times. The most recent incident has landed Ford 3 months in jail for violating his parole with marijuana possession. This seems to be one of many chances that Ford has received from the law to get his life back together. However, only time will tell if he actually uses it.
